Wherever possible we will aim to provide you with a fixed fee for your transaction. We will determine that fee by having regard to the timescale, level of risk and complexity of the matter. Our founder, Zoe Street, a qualified solicitor and Director of the Company, has worked in various organisations ranging from international law firms to working in-house for a Regional Development Agency and a Local Authority. In addition to this, she has acted for the NHS, pension funds, a very famous night club brand and a number of other household names in the private sector. A huge amount of experience, knowledge and industry contacts have been acquired as a result.
