Equality & Diversity Policy & Complaints Procedure

In accordance with Rule 6 of the Solicitors’ Code of Conduct 2007, Street & Company Solicitors is committed to eliminating discrimination and encouraging diversity. To us it is essential that our team is truly representative of all sections of society and it is important that each employee feels respected and able to give of their best.

Complaints Procedure

We hope that you will never have reason to complain about our service to you or the fees incurred in relation to your matter.  However, if there is an issue, please bring it to our attention as soon as you can.  A copy of our complaints policy is available upon request.
